Manoj and Divya are very nice persons, good hostess in every moment. The restaurant its delicious and all the amenities of the hotel like the bar and the pool . Thank you specially to Manoj and Divua there are nice in what they do. Excellent experience in Agra.

"Extremely disappointing experience! The service was absolutely pathetic, the rooms were incredibly small, and the food options were extremely limited with no variety whatsoever. To make matters worse, the kitchen's hygiene standards were appalling - the same chef was preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes at the same time! Unacceptable and unhygienic.

The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly especially Ms.Divya and. Mr.Manoj creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the entire dining experience was exceptional, making it a truly memorable occasion.

Not 5*. Reception staff welcoming. Disinterested staff in buffet - dinner & breakfast. Tables not set & drinks not offered. Flies on food. Room dated - no power socket one side of bed, few in room. Shower needs replacing. Not worth the money.

The hotel is set in beautiful, expansive grounds with an impressive and elegant building. The common areas are well-designed and stylish, fitting for a five-star establishment. Our room was comfortable and nicely appointed, but it could benefit from an upgrade to include power outlets on both sides of the bed, rather than just one. Unfortunately, our experience at the Checkers buffet significantly impacted our stay. The ambiance was lacking, with outdated decor and a poorly thought-out layout. The food was merely adequate and did not meet the quality expected from a five-star hotel, especially compared to similar establishments I have visited. Additionally, hygiene concerns were apparent as flies were spotted settling on food, which was quite off-putting. The staff appeared overstretched and disengaged, with tables often missing basic items like crockery and cutlery. The overall experience at the buffet was disappointing and certainly not up to the standards expected at a luxury hotel. While the setting and design of the hotel are commendable, improvements to dining quality, hygiene, and staff attentiveness are necessary to justify its five-star rating.
