Had booked A double bed Pavallion Room with B Fast from 16 to18 March. On reaching there The Reception Desk gave a blank look and after some inner consultationd offered that only a twin bed room was available but promised to shift us to a double bed room soon however they ignored our requests despite repested reminders. The room was not ready but we had no choice. Beds were very uncomfortable and small. Toilet seemed to have been ignored for weekd together as the seat was leaking and was not attended to dedpite our complaints. It looked if the seat was not properly cleaned for days together. Took considerable time to get our luggage im the room so also to get the bell boy to take our luggage when checking out. It seems that maintainence of the Hotel is being ignored. The only plus point goes to the Chef for his varied menu for tastey spread for breakfast. The front office even refused to present us a bill saying the reservation was done through an out side agency online(though they had charged the entire amount in advance, which was Non Refundable). It pains to see a new and initially very good property going down hill as this was my third visit in about six months.

This is my first visit in hotel as well as in agra it was are great experience for me tajmahal is so wonderful and I am talking about p l palace hotel rooms facilities it's so good Thanks for giving me smoothly check in and check out and also provide me clean and spacious room Thanks to Mr. Nitin Tiwari Front office manager and his team like kartik , vishnu , karan ,raju Hk team hariom and Devesh Definitely I will recommend this hotel to my colleague and family friends 05 star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐
