There are bugs in the rooms and on the beds. The sheets have a lot of stains on them, there is hair on the pillows and the covers. Some of the rooms don't have hot water so you will need a bucket to shower.
The staff is helpful but the facilities are awful. Rooms not as pictured. Avoid!

Property's location is on road, room also so neat and clean, Staff behaviour and service is also superb, 100% safe for family go for it without any hesitation.

Hotel is very neat and clean, staff is very polite and cooperative, ambience and cleanliness is excellent, near from taj mahal west gate, ( throw away)walking distance from taj mahal metro station. Overall great experience

Very good experience. Rooms were very tidy and fresh. Neat washrooms and fresh eminities. Staff were very hospitable. Especially the manager navaneet. Very happy with their service. Will recommend the hotel

Location:
the location of this hotel is the greatest thing. Everything is close by from here. We went by car, and parked it outside the hotel safely, then went to places using local conveyance. It turned out to be a good idea. Inhouse experience:
the rooms were good and comfortable. The room service was also great. Restaurant:
selected items to choose from, the food we ordered was good. A tad bit overpriced but understandable

The hotel manager and staff were very cordial and helpful. The location is nearby all the major monuments, but is placed in a not so clean area. The facilities and the room was good, neat and clean. But the wash room had a stingy smell. Once reported, they gave us a new room, but here the bathroom door could not be closed, and we had to adjust. But the staff were very cordial, helpful and pleasant. Overall good.

Very hospitable. But a mouse kept distracting me. They say they will take care of it. Lets see when i visit them next year.
