I really liked this hotel!)
From the very beginning they greeted me warmly, even upgraded my room category to a superior one for free)
When checking in, they bring a drink and cookies on a tray as compliments 🙂
Very helpful and pleasant service. I paid extra for breakfast in the morning - a buffet with a focus on Indian dishes, ok))

Good 4-star hotel experience, clean, affordable meal offers. Beautiful rooftop pool, but no gym.
Very good deal when visiting Agra for Taj Mahal.

Lovely property. Hospitable staff. But the highlight is food. Loved the breakfast and even the a-la-carte items that we had in dinner. The Chef was very polite and made sure we had a great experience. Anil was also helpful. Must try Lasagna, Pizza and Cheese Toast.

Due to an unexpected flight cancellation caused by the Indo-Pak situation, I had no option but to take a night train and requested the hotel for a late check-in—just 4 hours beyond the usual time. Unfortunately, instead of showing understanding or flexibility in a time of national uncertainty, the staff insisted I pay for an entire extra day. At a time when most of the country is coming together in solidarity, it’s disheartening to see hospitality businesses treating such situations purely as commercial opportunities. I expected more empathy and support, especially from a reputed hotel. This experience left me disappointed, and I hope the management reflects on how compassion and service should go hand in hand—especially during testing times.

We had an exceptional experience at the Golden Tulip Agra hotel. The restaurant truly exceeded our expectations with its delicious cuisine. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, and every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The service was outstanding—every staff member was polite, attentive, and professional. A special thanks to Jahid, Anil, Raju, Deepak, and Kishore for their impeccable service, making our stay even more memorable. Their dedication to providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere did not go unnoticed. We highly recommend Golden Tulip to anyone looking for a fantastic culinary and hospitality experience.
