Great hotel, excellent service at reception and other staff, all very helpful. The hotel atmosphere was very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable! What a shame the pool was under renovation!

We stayed for two nights, from January 1 to January 3, 2025. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel truly welcomed.
The breakfast was enjoyable, especially the hot lassi and delicious pancakes, which were a highlight of our mornings.
A special thank you to the lovely Ms. Shilpa for her kindness and patience in teaching me how to wear a saree. Her guidance made the experience incredibly memorable, and I'll always treasure it. Her service was exceptional!
**Cons:**
During both nights of our stay, there were numerous events, which led to some noise.
Overall, I still highly recommend this place for its excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a memorable stay in Agra!

Your listing shows in city centre location in booking . Com i am here for work so now I wasted 15 mins extra each time ... Your staff is brilliant polite and helpful. Bless them all .
Your breakfast BHEDAI is bad not authentic . I am here with wife on business but really looked forward to eat all Agra food .. Found Agra surprisingly clean . Enjoyed our trip this visit . Was very apprehensive about the cleanliness on the streets . Congratulations .

For us everything was near perfect. The only suggestion is to improve service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Service was very slow. Breakfast buffet choices were ok but there was no any cheese!
Apart of this, wonderful stay, very comfortable rooms.

The hotel facilities are clean and very well-equipped, and it's also conveniently located with easy access to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort by rickshaw.
