Great hotel for great journey with indispensable memories. In this hotel you can fill as dreams of forgotten past comes true in service, attitude and atmosphere. Everything from decorum and helpful personnel to evening entertainments for guests make you fill yourselves as duchess or princess travelling with leisure and in appropriate respect.

Yes, the hotel is a little old, but the atmosphere is incomparable. Great service, clean room.
Breakfast: there are boiled eggs, omelettes to order, porridge, fruits, sweets and local snacks. From drinks-mango juice, some and tea.

The hotel seems under going renovation. The rooms were good but there was a weird smell for keeping the room fresh. I didn't like that. The staff was friendly.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr schöne Anlage, wir haben den Tag am Pool genossen. Mrs. Shavila von der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich auch noch um ein schönes Henna-Tatoo gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

First time experience was excellent in the grand imperial resort , room were spacious and spotless with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.Nothing was too much trouble, especially I want thanks to receptionists Shabiya Ma’am . She was very kind and helpful. Thank you so much Shabiya maam❤️

My partner and I stayed at The Grand Imperial for 3 nights. The hotel has a rich history that you can feel. The rooms are beautifully appointed with antiques and there is so much character. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Shabiya, who works at the front desk. The food in the restaurant is delicious. It is true that there is currently construction which is nosy, and which I believe the hotel should tell people about before booking. That aside, this is a perfect place to stay if you want to experience old-world India. For those saying the property is outdated, this is not the right hotel for you.
