Shower jel missing, only one chair for sitting, no menu card, no writing pad, the gate between room no 204&205 was not having any latch. Cleanliness & cooling was good

Room & bathroom were full of mosquitoes. Reception no. Wasn't working. Regenta is out of my list now, i'll never stay again.

I really liked my stay at the regenta place raaj hotel. The room was spacious, i had booked a room for 3. The restaurant can do some upgrade as the food i ordered was not available at the time. Overall a good stay for the budget. Will definitely visit again
