The location is not in the city center. You have to take an Uber. There is no food nearby. But the room is quite clean. There is no toilet paper attached. Please pay attention to this.

Hotel rich grand is a group of scammers. I made a prepaid booking through trip.com for 17th nov and arrived hotel at 2am due to heavy traffic but when we reached the hotel they denied to check in by saying room is already soldout to someone else after a few minutes of discussion they offer us another room for additional 2600INR for another room. But when I reached out to trip.com for the redundancy they end up giving false statement and refused to refund my payments by claiming room was provided to the guest as agreed.

All reviews that are posted here are fake. There is no cleanliness either in the hotel or room. You will find bugs and cockroaches everywhere in the hotel. Highly disappointed

I had booked executive room, room was excellent and service was fast and good & hotel staff was good and polite. But there was a problem of hot water in bathroom rest all was fine. Food of restaurant was also good.

Hotel give only one room 4 beded suit, phle unhone chota chota 2 room matles dal ke de rhea the. Request krne ke baad wo 4 bed suit room diya rat 11 bjne ke karan hum customer care ko call nhi kiye log thake hue the. Humlog ek room used kiye
