Terrible service from staff, housekeeping and most terribly from the front office..
Rooms are okish (the renovated „premium“ ones, don’t want to know about the old ones)

The hotel was modern and new with a very nice lady greeting us before check in.
We were arranged to an executive room with a sea view that was able to see the sunset.
The food in the hotel was average.
The swimming pool was very nice with a lot of seats for sun bathing.
Although some of the staffs were rude, perhaps it’s their way of speaking or culture.
There were shuttles to the city town or to the port though instructions were not quite clear.
Overall, quite a nice stay for a vacation otherwise.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Beach is mediocre. Pool is very nice and it’s salt water. Rooms very spacious but outdated and cleanliness needs to step up. Overall hotel has potential but service needs to improve.

They say that you should vote with your feet meaning would you go back to the same location and spend money? My answer is no I would not go back to this resort. Went to my son‘s wedding at the resort it was marginal at best. The manager only wants to argue and not listen. Got really sick of trying to be up sold or swapped out different items at a huge markup like the wine. Only buy wine if it’s on the menu, don’t let them swap it out. We had 40 people staying at this resort …my son, the groom was put in a ground floor room that was like in the basement with no view. He was the groom! Need to understand what Customer Service truly is!!! Joe

We booked a day pass as passengers on Royal Caribbean cruise to Greek Islands. It included port pick up and return, breakfast and lunch or breakfast and massage for any $120 a person. We had trouble finding our driver at 8:30 am due to congestion getting off the ship and many people looking for their rides. I called the hotel and they sent the driver back who had already left with other couples at 8:30 am. He got back at 9:30 and took three more groups. The hotel experience was fantastic. The breakfast was a buffet of very delicious and unusual items. The beach and pool were gorgeous, day beds available and comfortable. I had the best pina colada poolside. The infinity pool was breathtaking. There appeared to be a hot tub with jets but it was a pool temp jet pool. Not sure what that was but I sat in it for a little while anyway. Lunch was great. Loved the salads and lamb chops. This was our favorite part of the cruise.

This place. The location is just beautiful, right on the coast with a private beach and jetty. Plenty of space and beds around the various pools and excellent customer service from lovely, friendly staff. It seems that nothing is too much trouble and there is an undercurrent of staff empowerment which makes the experience even more special. You know when you can tell that somewhere is a good place to work:- the staff is happy which in turn makes the customer happy. The food is great. Breakfast is a broad selection of choices and snacks and meals available from the pool bars during the day are delicious and generous. Our room was spacious and housekeeping was regular and high quality. There is a free transfer into Mykonos town each night or you can easily walk into Ornos. Both are charming. We came for a week but could easily have stayed longer ❤️

Séjour d'une semaine mi septembre . Emplacement parfait pour cet hôtel face à la mer Egée , au calme qui reste à proximité de la ville animée de Mykonos ( des navettes gratuites sont organisées pour le soir ). Magnifique piscine à débordement , petite plage privée et surtout nombreux lits de repos avec épais matelas . Très belle salle de petit déjeuner avec vue magnifique extérieure : le buffet varié tant en salé qu'en sucré est généreux et goûteux ( un petit regret : pas de stand de crêpes minutes ). Tout le personnel est attentionné . Belle chambre esprit méditerranéen avec balcon vue mer et coucher de soleil . Par contre pas d' isolation phonique et salle de bains pas top ( nous avons appris au moment du départ qu elle serait rénovée l' an prochain). Le restaurant "Symposium" est absolument délicieux . Pour finir, grand sens de la relation client : petits chocolats déposés à l arrivée , bouteilles d' eau quotidiennes dans la chambre , coup de fil en milieu de séjour pour savoir si tout est ok , petit cadeau de départ .C'est très appréciable !
