Once we arrived we discovered that we had to contact the host which wasn’t mentioned in the email that was sent out to us, which made it a little confusing. We would have liked the two beds to have been in a bedroom rather in the living area as it’s not as private and the shower saturates the bathroom which makes it really uncomfortable for others when walking in.

The high-speed ferry that was supposed to arrive at 6pm was delayed and arrived at the port at 9:30pm. I arrived at the hotel at 10pm. I was relieved to see that the front desk was open until 11pm, but it was closed at 10pm. I didn't know how to check in and ended up waiting for 30 minutes.
