Superb hotel, just opposite the beach. 20 mins walk to the shops and restaurants all along the promenade. I would like to thanks specially Iqbal the lady at the guest relations who has been very friendly and has provided an unbelievable customer experience and service I wish all hotels would have employees like her, she made our holiday a very good experience Recommended to all

The hotel is great value for money. The food on offer is varied and delicious, however you should attend the buffets as soon as they open. The location near the beach is like a dream, I highly recommend a sea view so you can hear the waves. The refurbished rooms are very modern. The service from the animation team is good. The rest of the staff are very unhappy and unfriendly, especially reception and the bar tenders as they are understaffed by the management.
