An easy 5 minute walk from the post bus station. The property is dated but in mint condition. Large rooms with expansive balconies. Bar and a large sitting area are part of the reception area. Both the reception and restaurant service was par excellent. Very friendly and was well looked after. Stayed on half board basis and food exceeded expectations.

Excellent hotel in all ways. The management are so friendly and helpful. My room was large with a fabulous bathroom, balcony and great view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable with a lovely lightweight but warm duvet. Both breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations, dinner especially was amazing quality every night. The ski boot room is heated with plenty space for everyone's skis and boots. It is a short (100m) walk from the town lift which takes you to the main lift up to the ski area. A further 20m and you are in the main street with ski shops, amazing bakeries and a couple of supermarkets.

Hartelijke ontvangst. Gastvriendelijk. Eten is prima in het fijne restaurant. Mooie ligging bij de liftjes en het centrum van het dorp. De hoek kamer is geweldig met een perfecte zon ligging. Voor de 3e keer in 10 jaar geweest en nog steeds zeer tevreden.

Top hotel in einer wunderschoenen Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt. Alles stimmt, vom Empfang, die Freundlichkeit, und hilfsbereitschaft des personals, das sehr gute Essen. Toll das der Bus und die Bergbahnen im Preis einbegriffen sind. Die Moeglichtkeit das auto in der Garage zu parken. Sicher eine Wiederholung wert. Liebe gruesse aus Holland

Wij zijn aangenaam verrast door dit mooie en nette hotel. de kamer was ruim , netjes en schoon. Het ontbijt en diner was uitstekend. Het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk ondanks tegenslag( uitval personeel) die er was tijdens ons verblijf. Het hotel is een goede uitvalbasis voor wandelingen.

Super gemoedelijk hotel. Met een prachtig uitzicht op de Engstligenalp. We hadden geboekt met halfpension. Lekker eten, zowel bij het ontbijt als in de avond. Voor ieder wat wils. Fijn dat de bergbahn passen erbij zitten. Hotel ligt centraal voor start diverse wandelingen door de bergen.

Perfecte omgeving, hotel kamers aan een upgrade toe, de bedden zeker, het ontbijt en avondeten top, jammer genoeg geen excursies meer terwijl ze er wel nog mee adverteren bij tui, de sommercard is perfect, bergliften en openbaar vervoer gratis. Goede vakantie gehad.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Just round the corner from the main street of Adelboden which made it convenient for the bakeries and shops but nice and quiet in the evenings. Very nicely appointed rooms with balconies. all the water from the taps was drinkable which was helpful when having to fill up water bottles for the day. Restaurant food was delicious with 4 courses (portions weren't large but quite adequate). Breakfasts had hot and cold choices and plenty of variety. We were part of a walking group and made good use of the ski room to store wet boots etc. The whole area is so beautiful , especially the enormous waterfalls that you can see and hear from the rooms. A great base for a walking holiday and hope to return soon!
