Le petit-déjeuner était composé de produits de mauvaise qualité; mono portion dans du plastique, choix limité et non renouvelé. Chambre spacieuse et propre malgré un équipement désuet et stores cassés. La literie était correct, mais a vécu. Le personnel était agréable.

Wir wurden vom gebuchten Hotel Viktoria Eden kurzfristig
-weil geschlossen- umgebucht ins 150 m entfernte Hotel
BEAU SITE, 4 Sterne, was upgrade war.
Bewertung gilt also für BEAU SITE.

Hôtel désuet comme le mobilier
La propreté n’est pas leur fort que ce soit dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain, les linges de bains ressemblaient à des chiffons (pas de première fraîcheur)
Petit déjeuner sans prétentions.
Je préfère m’arrêter là pour ne pas enfoncer davantage cet hôtel.

I arrived in the early morning of May 20th and it was dark so I couldn't see anything, but I could only admire it when I looked out the window in the morning. I think it will be a truly unforgettable sight. The accommodation is too clean to be considered a 3-star hotel, and the bedding is so cozy that I only stayed there for one night. It's such a pity. When will I be able to go again?;; I went through a travel agency, but I want to visit again on my own next time. It was an unforgettable night in my life.

Als externe Gäste hatten wir die Sauna für CHF 30.- pro Person besucht. Leider ist das Management per Mail oder Telefon nicht erreichbar. Darum die Mängel über diesen Weg. - Im Ruheraum gibt es nur schummriges Licht. Die Wandlampen funktionieren nicht mehr. - Die Duschen sind teilweise defekt und die Wassertemperatur ist nicht mehr einstellbar. - Die Duschbrausen sind alle verkalkt und spritzen in alle Richtungen. - Die bereitgestellten Trinkgläser waren nicht sauber oder wurden bereits benutzt. - In der Sauna funktionieren die Uhren nicht mehr. - Es steht kein Aufguss für die heissen Steine bereit. - Es riecht abgestanden, v.a. im Dampfbad. Ein Duftöl würde hier helfen. Einziger Pluspunkt: Der Receptionist war sehr freundlich. Ihm war die Angelegenheit verständlicherweise etwas peinlich. Einen Behälter für den Aufguss hatte er dann auch nicht gefunden. Man merkt gut: Die Betreiber legen keinen Wert auf den Wellnessbereich und lassen ihn vergammeln. Schade.
