No repetiremos.

This hotel is amazing, I stayed here for five nights all inclusive and I was really impressed with the hotel. We had a lovely room that was very clean. The food was lovely especially at the steak house one of the many a la cart restaurants. That was my favourite restaurant in the hotel. The staff are friendly and very nice a shout out to the best barman Roberto. He was brilliant and always happy to help. The hotel has 4 out door pools and an outdoor jacuzzi. The place is outstanding and I will definitely be back at some point. The only down side to this hotel is the location. It stated on the Jet2 website that the hotel was called Bahia Principe Adeje and the hotel its self is around a 20 minute drive. There is a regular bus service or a €20 taxi journey to Adeje.

Great hotel, staff brilliant. Great variety of food. Rooms are to be renovated next year but very clean, comfortable and spacious. Pools amazing. Evening entertainment on terrace needs a bit more variety but quite good. Definitely need more outside seating on terrace as entertainment outside and cannot be heard in the lobby bar which is quite dark. Overall great holiday and back in September for another 2 weeks and looking forward to it.

First time to Tenerife and we enjoyed everything. It was too hot to venture on trips so mostly pool based. Entertainment in evening in lobby area was top notch. We left the magic show in the theatre as it was shocking.. We were told the neighbouring hotel was under renovation and we may experience noise- we heard nothing at all despite work ongoing. Do not be put off by this as we expected noise and got none! Hotel has a new young lady in entertainment the week we visited and she was amazing. We could see her getting tearful a couple of days but she really had no need to be upset and she will be an asset to the hotel. We look forward to returning when renovations have been completed. Although I think the hotel is already a treasure. Always good food, clean rooms, great pools. All needed for an enjoyable holiday… Thankyou..

One of the best hotels we have stayed in, in Tenerife. The staff are friendly and helpful and seem happy in their work, and at meals you never have to ask for another drink. The grounds are well maintained and are beautiful to walk around, the whole area is wheelchair accessible although a little hilly There are plenty of lifts , although deciding which one goes to where you want is sometimes confusing. There are plenty of sun loungers all day, although those closest to pools are taken first, obviously. The food is amazing plenty of choice and excellent quality, there are vegetarian and children sections, the hot food is one of the hottest I've had, most hotels the hot food is at best tepid , not here, the omelettes are amazing and freshly made , the restaurants never seem overcrowded, and eating al fresco is nice. The bars are amazing and the cocktails to die for, there is self service for beer, soft drinks, AND unusually some spirits (Gin, Rum, Brandy, Vodka and Whiskey) The room was spacious with plenty of storage space and the beds comfortable, only downside not enough hangers, nice touch was two litre bottle of water in 'fridge replaced as needed, aircon is very good as is ceiling fan. Bathroom had two sinks and bidet , bath and shower, the room is cleaned and bedding changed daily. Only downside is the lack of shopping in the area, no Malls or shopping centres, nearest being Adeje or Playa De Las Americas, I know there is a daily return bus from hotel to PdlA, if you call a Taxi it is 50 euro return Would we recommend hotel? definitely. Would we go back? probably. I believe hotel is going for a full refurbishment lasting 18 months starting November 2025.

We stayed here from the 14th-21st June and we had a fantastic time. The rooms we had were always kept clean by the cleaners who work non stop around the hotel throughout the day. The food was delicious with a huge variety to choose from. What I really liked was that they seemed to cater for everyone and they even displayed allergies with each dish showing what they contained which was very helpful for myself as I’m dairy intolerant. The waiters/waitresses and the rest of the restaurant staff work so hard and constantly make sure you have enough to drink topping glasses up with what you ask for. All of the restaurants are lovely. The entertainment team work tirelessly throughout the day to keep everyone entertained putting on a variety of activities for children and adults. It was great fun joining in with the water aerobics in the big pool. The hotel complex is beautiful and so spacious and far from an ordinary complex building it sprawls out like a village running down a hill. The 3 swimming pools were a delight and not too cold at all. The snack bar and drinks bar at the pools were very handy when laying by the pool, we could get cocktails and snacks throughout the day. The main bar served the best frozen strawberry daiquiris as well as other cocktails. We loved our stay here and would love to come back. Highly recommend as long as you’re not bothered about being right beside a beach which we weren’t as you could catch a bus to Playa Del Las Americas from outside the hotel. Plus, the swimming pools at the hotel were so nice, we weren’t bothered.

This was our 4th visit to this hotel (second with the kids and first with the in laws). As always, it was a great hotel but there are some little things that could easily be implemented to make it even better. We checked in online the week before our visit which made things quicker on the day when we arrived. It also then allowed us to make our a la carte reservations online as soon as we had checked in so we knew what we were doing when we arrived. We booked the premium plus package with easyJet (which had never been offered before) which meant arrived to chocolates and fizz in the room. We also didn’t have to pay anything extra for the safe this time and it also gave you access to the premium cocktail list (which was a much more extensive list with some great cocktails!) The staff are all incredibly friendly and very helpful. Antonio in the steak house and Malcolm the photographer were always very smiley and happy to chat. We loved them! Everywhere is very clean and tidy and you are always seeing someone washing or cleaning something! There are lots of flowers and plants everywhere, which really makes the hotel look lovely. The pools are lovely. A great temperature and lovely and big! There are a lot of sun loungers but you do need to go down early to get them. We came down at 8:15am most mornings (to actually sit by the pool, not just leave our stuff and come back hours later) and at that time there were only a handful of beds without towels on…. But only 1 or 2 people actually sat there! Pool towels are available at the hut by the main pool. I was glad to see there are now more toilets open by the lower pool (on previous visits there was only 1 cubical available so always large queues!) You can get food 24 hours a day as there is a snack bar open when the restaurants are not. You can get lunch at the main buffet restaurant, by the main pool (in the restaurant that doubles up as the steak house) and by the lower pool. Dinner wise you can eat at the main buffet or there are 4 a la cartes to pick from (steak house, Asian, texmex and Italian). The food everywhere is always fantastic and always hot and fully replenished! The rooms are spacious but we did have to go on the app to request a maintenance visit as our aircon was incredibly noisy! However I do think the amenities weren’t as good as the last few times. The only place to hang wet clothes is a washing line that goes across the bath/shower…. Not practical when you are trying to use the shower. There should be a hanging rack on the balcony (after all, they are very large). Each day they come and give you 1 new bottle of water…. Which really isn’t enough when there’s 2 adults per room and 30 degree heat! Reception were a bit off when we kept asking for more water and said ‘they put a new one in your room each day!’ We never had this problem previously! On one day they replaced the towels (even though we had hung them up so didn’t require replacing) and the new towel smelt lik
