Bellevue Hotel and Spa Reviews

We spent over 300,000 birr for graduation cermoney last week but the service we received from the so called Manager was very disappointing and unprofestional . He just isn't FIT to be a manager at all. Him and his assistance (she is a women) doesn't communicate at all. Very unorganized and rude. We were promissed the top floor which was 9th (that is the best room they have) but the manager and his assistance made last minute changes and put us on the 7th floor. They didn't keep their promise . They don't even know how many people 9th floor can fit. If the manager doesn't even know how many people each floor can fit, then they shouldn't deserve to be a manager. We asked to talk to the owner but he refused to give us the owners contact . They gave us only 2 waitress for 72 people. The beer was warm and dusty. The DJ was actually NOT a DJ. He was an electrician acting as a DJ. What kind of hotel does this???? Guess what? On the actual day, the manager turned his phone off and disappeared . What a manager!!! Simply put this hotel SUCKS! Spend you money some where else where managers actually keep their promisses and treat you with respect . We will NEVER ever go back to this hotel .
