The first time I stayed in a hotel, I encountered that a double room can only accommodate one person, and two people have to pay the price difference. The platform did not show that I had to pay the price difference when I booked, and it did not say that I had to pay the price difference when I checked in. Centrally-located hotel in Adana. The air con was not great and the noise from the main street was a definite distraction. Desk staff were helpful but the catering staff at breakfast seemed overkeen to clear away things as soon as time was up! Overall, still a good stay.
