酒店較舊，沒有電梯，需要搬大行李行樓梯，房內用品有污漬，唯酒店員工服務親切，而酒店說免費提供的機場接送服務來的車子是4人私家車，放不下2個行李

就不是酒店就是一個旅店，無上下樓電梯，房間裏設施陳舊抽屜壞了，廁所有異味，床頭無燈開關，整個房間裏衹有一個插座。語言不通且態度不好，一進店就要錢，我説付了還解釋半天才給上樓，網站上説好的免費接送機服務，前台説衹接不送，我是公司開車來的也沒讓他們接。體驗非常非常差，房費接近300一天不能定這家旅店

Adana Saray Otel’de konaklamam gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Otelin merkezi konumu sayesinde şehri gezmek oldukça kolay oldu. Odalar tertemiz ve oldukça rahat, özellikle yatakların konforu dikkatimi çekti. Personel çok ilgili ve misafirperver, her isteğimize hızlıca yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve oldukça zengin, hem klasik hem de yöresel lezzetler mevcut. Fiyat-performans açısından kesinlikle memnun kaldım. Adana’da konaklayacaklara gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
