酒店較舊，沒有電梯，需要搬大行李行樓梯，房內用品有污漬，唯酒店員工服務親切，而酒店說免費提供的機場接送服務來的車子是4人私家車，放不下2個行李

就不是酒店就是一個旅店，無上下樓電梯，房間裏設施陳舊抽屜壞了，廁所有異味，床頭無燈開關，整個房間裏衹有一個插座。語言不通且態度不好，一進店就要錢，我説付了還解釋半天才給上樓，網站上説好的免費接送機服務，前台説衹接不送，我是公司開車來的也沒讓他們接。體驗非常非常差，房費接近300一天不能定這家旅店

Resepsıondakı hanımefendınımı gırıs gunu yonlendırmesıyle güzel bır odada kaldım (104) oncelıkle bunun ıcın cok tesekkur ederım.Sahsımında bır otel onburo müdürü olarak Dıkkat ettıgım karşılama,dogru bılgılendırme,oda konaklama ve dıger detaylar la ılgılı olarak karşılama ve bılgılendırme gulerguz ılgı alaka profesyonelceydı. Konaklamam boyunca gunluk temızlık konusunda hıcbır sıkıntı yasamadım gunluk mınıbar dolumu ( ıkı adet su)bırakıldı.Otele gırıs çıkışlarım ısım nedenıyle geç olduğu ıcın kahvaltıya katılamadım ama ınanıyororumkı yeterınce hakkını verıyorlardır. Adana’ya gıdecek eş dost lazım olması halınde tavsıye edecegım nasır otellerden. Tekrar yonetımınden personelıne teşekkür ederım.
