Karşılama ve ilgi çok iyiydi, fiyatına göre Adana'nın ilk otelinde geçirmek memnun ediciydi. Kahvaltının fiyata dahil olması inanılmazdı. Çok kafi bir hizmetti.

Öncelikle bu kadar pis bir hotel beklemiyorduk. Kahvaltı dahil olan 1 gecelik konaklamamızda, odaların bu kadar dökülüp pislik içinde olduğunu gördükten sonra kahvaltı etmeden ayrıldık. Öncelikle hotelin odaya giden koridoru korku filmini yaşatıyor. Sensörlü ışıklar biri yanıyor, diğeri yanmıyor. Telefon ışığıyla oda kapımızı açtık. Oda kapıları güvenli değil, dışarıdan bir güç itse açılacak ahşap kapılar. Odanın pimapen camları tam kapanmıyor. 3.katta konakladık ama sokağın tüm seslerini odamızda duyduk ve oda akşam hep soğuktu camlardan dolayı. Kliması çalışıyor onunla ısınma sağladık. Odanın pisliğini anlatacak cümle seçemiyorum. Yerdeki halıflekste saçlar, fıstık kabukları vardı. Banyoda şampuan yoktu. Havlular grileşmiş, duşakabin berbat derecede kirliydi. Sabah duş bile almadan ayrıldık. Odada misafire sunulan tek artı 2 adet otel terliği idi. Kettle yok, bir adet bardak su konulmuş. Fiyat diğer otellere göre uygun olabilir ama bu kadar vasat da beklemiyordum açıkçası. Resepsiyondan sıcak su istemek için termosumla indim, hemen yardımcı oldular. Baya bir emek vermeleri gerekiyor hotel için.
