Vilket fint och anrikt hotell med en fantastisk service. Den underbara manliga receptionisten va så servieminded och hjälpte oss med allt vi önskade göra. Tyvärr fick vi aldrig höra hans namn. Det var alltid en ny spännande meny varje dag. Servitörerna till frukost, lunch och middag var fantastiska

Un hôtel de charme, très confortable, dans un cadre paradisiaque. Notre chambre avait une grande terrasse qui surplombait la mer. Une belle piscine, avec animations. Les chambres de trouvaient dans divers bâtiments, tous avec vue sur la mer et les montagnes. Un personnel compétent, des repas où l'on se servait soi-même, avec une grande variété,0et du vin que l'on prenait soi-même, du blanc, du rouge, du rosé. Une végétation africaine.

Hotel pulito, con un ingresso davvero bello. Peccato che le camere siano un po’ vetuste. Per 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato un po’ di più. Non c’è neanche una doppia presa a fianco al letto, quindi o carichi il telefono o accendi la lampada… Inoltre alcuni dipendenti potrebbero essere un po’ più cordiali! Basta un sorriso

Très bel hôtel, personnel très serviable et sympathique ,le petit déjeuner est très varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts. La piscine super, chambres, salle de bain propre et pourvue de tout le nécessaire. Le parking est très grand, places à l ombre appréciées.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel dal 7 al 9 giugno ‘24 in occasione di un autoraduno organizzato da un club di Acireale. Ottima pulizia della camera e sistemazione con vista piscina e mare senza richiesta. Set cortesia abbondantissimi e fornitissimi. Abbiamo cenato per ben 2 sere e devo fare i complimenti allo chef perché tutto è risultato ottimo e aggiungere pure abbondante (cosa rara in questi ultimi tempi 😅). Un doveroso grazie a tutto lo staff di sala, molto professionale e paziente ma lasciatemi ringraziare con tanta stima e affetto il Sig. Orazio che c’ha organizzato un tavolo, all’ultimo momento, composto da soli giovani salvandoci così la serata e facendoci divertire. Gli auguro un buon pensionamento, una lunga strada con la sua Ford Focus e gli rinnovo il mio grazie per la sua professionalità e per averci fatto passare una piacevole serata. È il secondo anno per me all’Hotel Orizzonte, continuate così, siete una certezza!!!

Excellent structure, located a little outside Acireale. Comfortable rooms with beds equipped with new mattresses. Beauty kit in the bathroom. Beautiful swimming pool and very well-kept garden. The cuisine is excellent with a varied breakfast with sweet and savory things. I'll be back.

This was part of a package holiday, so it is probably not appropriate to comment on the quality of the food. However, the rooms were very clean, although the pillows and matrasses were quite hard. The biggest complaint was the very poor WiFi. In the reception/restaurant it was adequate but in the bedrooms, it was terrible. When complaining to the duty manager, we were given a disingenuous answer.
