The location is good and the restaurants are fine. Breakfast was good too. However, the room was bad. The wind from the air conditioner smelled musty, and I asked for a room change, but they didn't respond and just sprayed me with a deodorant spray. The bed was also damp and cold. It was not a comfortable stay.

Oh my gosh, luxury, luxury. This is beyond expectations. The area is beautiful and expensive, celebrities and all live here. The location is really safe, it’s clean, limited places to eat around you have to travel at least 10mins to restaurants. Anyways Samuel was not a very good host. He didn’t respond to our calls, he really didn’t seem interested in hosting us, unfriendly and distant.

Because of price I usually stay here and it was okay so far but today when I tried to extend a couple of more nights, the staff told me you haven’t paid for last night. I was totally confused because I already paid 11 nights at first day when I checked in. But they said I paid only 10 nights. The truth was “hotel changed rates” without telling me after I checked in and made me I haven’t paid enough!!! Even hotel made me done but they made a crap that I asked to extend one night yesterday. I was sooo confused because I didn’t go to reception and the staff said she wasn’t at reception yesterday. she just made a story to adjust rate change. It’s understandable if hotel decide to change rate, yes, then hotel should have told me in advance. No need to make a story! So uncomfortable! チェックインした時に全額支払い、チェックアウト日に数日延長をしたいと伝えると、１泊分支払いが不足していると言われました。おかしいなと思い話を聞くと、勝手にレートを変えられてたようで、ホテルの記録上、チェックアウト日は合っているのに、1日少なく支払ったことになってました。普通に考えてチェックインの時に全額支払うのだから、なんであえて1日少なく払うのって感じなんですけどね。受付の方からは”昨日あなたが受付にきて、1泊延長したいと言いましたよね”と言われ、私は受付にも行ってないし延長の話もしていないと話すと、”いや、きたよ”との繰り返し。おそらくチェックイン対応した人が私のレートを間違ってしまったから、記録上は正しいレートにしたんでしょうけど、それならそうとちゃんと誠実に話してくれたらそのレートで支払うのに、嘘をつかれるなんてびっくりです。チェックインを対応した人及びマネージャーと話をしたいと言って一旦は終えましたが、レートを勝手に変えて支払っていないようにするなんて恐ろしすぎます！

My family and I had a lovely stay, there were 5 of us sharing a 3 bedroom Air BNB apartment - we had two bathrooms/toilets, one was ensuite. The rooms led onto a balcony and were spacious, airy and light. Our contact for booking the apartment was with Mr Eliphaz and during our stay, any concerns or questions we had, Christopher or Patience were always at the other end of the phone or on site to assist. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, TV, fridge, cooker, microwave, air conditioning etc. All in good working condition. The apartment was cleaned daily and we were provided with clean towels, daily as well. The property had a restaurant on site, 2 swimming pools, gym which were all part of our package. We also had breakfast included, you could eat in the restaurant or have it delivered to your apartment. The atmosphere overall was brilliant, especially at night. Embassy gardens is conveniently located next to all the restaurants at Labone. Easy location for Uber drivers to find as well. Property has a reception area always manned and a security person at the main entrance 24/7. Any concerns we had were dealt with immediately. We all had a great stay and are hoping to revisit again very soon and also recommend to family and friends.
