Good Enough, but Could Use Improvements The staff here are wonderful, and the location was perfect. The campus was absolutely beautiful. Great for pictures! I really liked my room. I thought it was a great size and comfortable. Some of the things that could be improved is providing a T.V. guide to the channels that the hotel has access to, and also having access to more than two channels. If you will not choose to pay for the cable or dish package, no problem, but then put the TV's on a swivel mount so that I am able to use my streaming device to enjoy movies or shows during rainy days. I am not certain that the kitchen is very clean because I found bugs on my food or tray several times at breakfast. I tried to be understanding that this is a different country than where I am from, but I really had a hard time having anything else to eat or drink there after that. Provide guests with a flashlight or battery powered lantern for times when the power is out in the middle of the night. I luckily had one for myself because of my previous knowledge of the area, but if I did not, I could have injured myself trying to go to the restroom at night. Having a bar on sight was such a great amenity, but it was not very lively, so hopefully, they can improve on that as a great perk to staying there. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay because I did not need much from the hotel as my partner and I were out most of the day each day we were there. I believe that with some improvements, this could be a phenomenal place to stay!

I had an opportunity to stay at Grand Casamora and I felt rught at home. The rooms are clean, staff are pleasant, and the owner was incredible. Everyone did their best to make sure that I felt at home. This is a place I will return again and again.
