Staff was particularly helpful. I was stuck in traffic and missed the scheduled airport shuttle. The manager immediately and generously sent us on a second shuttle.
Breakfast was delicious, varied from day to day.

The rooms are a little out dated and run down, but everything works just fine. Actually for Ghanaian standards it is very impressive. The staff are the best part of this hotel. Friday and Saturday there is loud evening music on the upper floors so do request a quiet room if you need this.

Very disappointing! I had to change rooms 3 times. First they gave me one completely in the dark, then one with broken furniture, although there were almost no guests at this place. Staff at the reception very unfriendly. Pool dirty, under treatment for days, Wi-Fi almost inexistant. Bathrooms not renovated since the 1970s. Only the breakfast was very good. Business hotel? Impossible! Totally overpriced !
