The staff is friendly, but the rooms and bathrooms are a bit old.
The buffet breakfast and dinner have limited choices. The hotel rooms are expensive, and overall they are not as good as the large chain hotels in China.

We came here because of the reputation of the Marriott Hotel, but we had to wait for more than four hours to check in. It was said that there were many late check-outs that had not been sorted out. Later, due to complaints from other customers, the hotel manager attracted us. He provided us with a free dinner and the process was smooth. Checked in. The food is really delicious😋The room is also very good. I also received a fruit plate and handwritten letter from the boss lady in the evening🥰Thank you!

Wonderful stay few minute away from the airport.Rooms where spacious and breakfast was the highlight of my entire experience the staff in the restaurant are very professional and really understand customer service. Special thanks to Justina,Benjamin and Grace for thier wonderful hospitality they always makes me feel welcome.will surely be back.

This hotel goes beyond excellent in customer service. Hotel choices in Accra are numerous but if customer care is a priority then the Marriott must be top of your list. As a repeat customer, I am always impressed at the personal and dedicated care one receives. A special mention goes out to Peniel who was genuinely dedicated to ensuring a smooth check in/out and excellent overall stay. After settling in, one gets a pleasant welcome phone call to the room to make sure everything was as expected. The room was excellent and so was the buffet. I will be back.

The Marriott always feels like home. From the warm welcome, attentive and professional staff to the comfortable and well appointed rooms. Meal times is always great. The breakfast buffet is not one to miss. To be warmly welcomed my Mavis and her team at the restaurant. To Grace and Milderd catering to all our needs. However, if you want to take your breakfast over the top ask Yakubu to prepare your scrambled eggs and omelette. Victor at the front desk is always kind, courteous, professional and ensures that I have the best stay.
