Comfortable, basic accommodations in the heart of Osu, in walking distance to shopping & restaurants. Room was clean, with most basic amenities. Staff was very friendly, helping with check-in and providing (unexpected, complimentary) snacks at night. If you have pre-ordered breakfast, they will alert you at the specified time. Breakfast was basic (omelet, fruit, toast) but quite good. I'd stay again, but it's probably best for a short visit; the room I was in, at least, didn't have a window to the outside and felt a bit small as a result.

The property was very quaint. We were greeted in a very welcoming manner. Check in was brief. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, even with helping to get a driver for the early morning ride to the airport.

Best Stay
I don't normally do reviews but this guest house deserves one. The stay was my best accommodation i had so for in Ghana. The staff are more than welcoming. The security guard even washed our car because we had been thru a lot of mud. The best part was we didn't even ask for the wash.

Good value hotel off Oxford Street
Very friendly family run hotel a short walk from all the amenities of Oxford Street.

Good place
The hotel is in a good location but the street is not particularly nice to look at. A bar and some other food places are down the street. Breakfast was not included but there is a great place down the street that had delicious food that was fairly inexpensive. The service was excellent, the room was as pictured (clean , neat and the bed comfortable).
The only drawback is the fact that there was pounding, vibrations and work sounds outside/against the bedroom wall at 7 a.m. in the morning (after arriving late from a long flight the previous evening).
You can hear the sounds of the bars/clubs nearby but it is not disruptive. TV did not work the entire time I was there which wasn't a big deal for me but would have been a nice convenience if it worked.

This is a small, quaint hotel on a street where restaurants and shopping are. It's easily accessible. You will have to take stairs however.
