I had a terrible experience at this hotel. During a rainstorm, our hotel room flooded — water was literally pouring in through the door. I slipped and fell on the soaking wet floor, and all of my belongings that were on the ground got drenched.
The hotel moved us to a different room, but that one had no hot water and a horrible smell. It felt like a downgrade, not a solution. What’s worse is that the staff never apologized for what happened and refused to offer any kind of refund or compensation for the inconvenience, damage, or injury.
I’m shocked at the lack of accountability and basic hospitality. I would absolutely not recommend staying here, especially if you’re expecting safety, cleanliness, or even basic customer service.

Rubbish
I was charged for a room, he hotel had no rooms available, have not received any refund.
Had to drive around with my wife and 18 month old baby late at night to find alternate accommodation.

I stayed here twice. The first room was big but very dimly lit and felt dungeon-like with its grey brick wall. The bathroom could do with a revamp. The second room was better, but it's not much fun looking out of the window at a tiled wall. Both rooms had crackly TV speakers, so watching TV was a bit frustrating. The second room's aorcon put in a feeble.effort, so we asked reception of somebody could come and look at it. Nobody pitched. Overall, the hotel is overpriced and it is medicore. The breakfast was ... different, with a meat dish in a thick gravy, fried noodles. There was some fruit, however. The.fresh fruit juice was very good.
