Everything was clean

I don´t even know where to start. My mom´s friend had a Platinum Membership here and we thought it could be a great idea to drop by...big, big mistake. Upon arrival, there is no one, and I mean NO ONE to help elders to carry luggage or anything of the sort. Front Desk staffers didn´t give a ______ for the so-called Platinum Membership reservation and we were given a tiny, tiny, moldy minuscule room with bunkers for one adult and two elders, located on the first floor with everything running poorly. All of it was either broken, moisty, fungy, noisy, shattered, cracked, damaged, ruined, smelly and/or out of order. The staff was longing not to be bothered with anything as they are very well aware of the poor conditions of the hotel, which by the way has the nerve to call themselves a resort but they are not one at all, they are a 2-star hotel and that´s it. No customer service, no client management, and no one to turn to for a somewhat smart answer or a decent explanation as to why everything was so _______ up. It doesn´t matter how much you complain, how much you explain yourself, how much you document your indignation, there is no solution for you...you are there to swallow what you are given or else. No management to turn to, just time-share people explaining that we did everything wrong. By Saturday 5th there was a seaquake followed by a trepidatory earthquake...of course, we got out of the room like other guests to check on each other, but no management or security people to take care of anything. This was a major concern, and I mean MAJOR. To sum up: this is a very cheap hotel, if you want to stay for a very small price you can, you just have to put up with timeshare people that will promise heaven and will deliver hell. The beach is clean, open sea and beautiful sun settings. Palapas and beach chairs must be booked at precisely 9 am. The pool looks ok, but once you are in you can see missing tiles filled with dirty stuff, not healthy at all considering the situation. Pro tip: The restaurant by the beach, right beside this hotel is really good, the food is incredible. There are friendly vendors and the breeze is awesome! Please be so kind to add the f word anywhere you see fit. Due to Trip Advisor´s policies, I was not able to use it as much as I wanted to.
