Clean place, very close to Icacos beach (one of the best in Acapulco) and several shops and restaurants, friendly and attentive staff, restaurant with buffet, pool with good temperature, affordable cost. It's nice overall.

Mi estancia en El Tropicano
Es un hotel que a pesar de los años sigue siendo una buena opción para pasar unos días de vacaciones en Acapulco. Tiene cerca un centro comercial, está muy cerca de playas además al estar sobre la avenida principal la comunicación es muy fácil para ir a centros de atracción.

Inseguro, no se descansa bien
Faltan muchas amenidades no hay plancha, mi cuarto no tenía TV, camas con colchón viejo se sentían los resortes, no secadora de pelo, no hay reglamento para los huéspedes y por la noche estaban con sus bocinas a todo volumen, no cuentan con caja fuerte en cuarto, cerradura del balcón viejas no funcionales y los balcones se comunican con el vecino y no pude observar un circuito de cámaras de vigilancia en pasillos y zonas comunes

Personal con mala actitud. Hotel mal mantenido.
La mujer joven en la recepción era increíblemente poco profesional y adversarial, sin ninguna buena razón. Encienden la unidad de aire acondicionado vieja y mal mantenida con un control remoto y luego llevan el control remoto a la oficina, dejar a los huéspedes sin forma de controlar la temperatura en la habitación. Si tiene la opción de elegir otro hotel donde el personal tenga una actitud normal y hospitalaria hacia los huéspedes, hágase un favor y elija el otro hotel.
