Is the worst hotel in all my trips, all crew is exactly same, bud and rude people, the barroom is bad condition, don’t change the blankets and the towels, inclusive when is a different guest. The mattress is not cushion Is real old. We are 2 people in the room and only one soap by day and the toilet paper one by day, if need more need to bay. They charge by TV remote control and the towels beach. Definitely is the worst place to stay in Acapulco, don’t come in. See for another hotels and see reviews before 😡

Me hospede en el hotel y tuve una excelente experiencia. Me trataron muy bien, desde un principio me atendió el gerente Francisco, da muy buen servicio y tiene paquetes especiales a muy buen costo. Volvería a regresar.

Me gustó la vista de la habitación y no me gustó el hotel, la limpieza, las instalaciones, todo está muy maltratado y en malas condiciones. El restaurante fue bueno y el personal amable.

La ubicación es maravillosa, la alberca está increíble y el acceso a la playa y la atención de las personas muy bien, lo único fue que al llegar encontré la habitación súper sucia y con una cucaracha, pedí que me la cambiarían y no quisieron, lo único que me pudieron hacer fue aseo y fumigar, que no si este último se hizo. Y le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento al edificio en general cuartos, elevadores, pasillos y baños todo lo demás, muy tranquilo.
