very basic, there is still no wifi or tv after the hurricane, I would have liked to have a kettle to heat water, the elevator is a little scary...

Well the only good thing about this hotel was the Great View other than that i will never ever stay at this hotel...

Empezaré: De los 2 elevadores solo 1 medio servia, sin aire acondicionado ; los chicos elevadoristas nos daban aire con abanicos de mano, lo mejor era subir o bajar las escaleras; la habitacion sin aire acondicionado, sin frigobar (No tienen acondicionadas las habitaciones para el clima de Acapulco, es ilógico...!! ) la television solo tenía 1 canal (el poquisimo tiempo que estaba uno en la habitacion y queríamos verla), se ve que no le dan mantenimiento, ya que la puerta del baño no cerraba, olía mal, daba hasta asco dejar las cosas en el lavabo, las toallas para la alberca se tenían que pedir antes de las 5 (y eso si tenían toallas..!); cuando la alberca la cierran a las 8; la vdd el costo de habitacion es injusto para lo que ofrece el hotel.

Hace muchísimo ruido enfrente de la habitación enfrente del mar por los bares por lo que tienes que usar tapones para dormir además de que no sirve el elevador y le cobran el estacionamiento como extra , ya se complot para no darte un lugar de estacionamiento cuando si lo hay, no hay servicio de comida,ni de botones el personal no es nada amigable

Excelente opción para estar en el corazón de la fiesta en Acapulco! Si no tienes broncas con las fiestas pues enfrente están varios antros. Aun parece que se encuentra en ruinas y en renovación… esperemos estén al 100 en breve y abran de nuevo su restaurante
