Outstanding service from the moment you come in Ms. Larla gave us outstanding service during check in. As we continued our day we had Francisco at the Pool Bar taking care of us, even providing some aid for my injured knee ! Way to go Holiday Inn resort you are doing an amazing job!

Pésima experiencia. Deplorable. No gastes tu plata con estos patanes. Instalaciones peores que un Express. Incongruentes con sus políticas. 1er holiday inn de muchos que he visitado, que salen con una sarta de marrullerias, horrible además el hotel.

Fui a una graduación y ha mejorado totalmente el servicio y nos animamos a ir al bufet guerrerense hoy Domingo 6 de Agosto . La atención del servicio excelente, alimentos con un sabor casero , felicidades al chef quien sorpresivamente se acercó a nuestra mesa a ver cómo nos pareció el servicio. La atención de los meseros excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente Hotel Holiday inn resort Acapulco

He estado en este hotel en múltiples ocasiones y debo destacar que su servicio ha mejorado notablemente en comparación a otros años. En mi última visita acudí a una graduación y quedé complacido por los alimentos y la atención de la Srita. Marisela. Al día siguiente decidí acudir nuevamente al restaurante donde tenían un vasto Buffet y fui maravillosamente atendido por la Srita. Laureana quien fue muy amable y atenta desde un principio, me pareció excelente ver que personas de altos mandos se acercaran a los comensales para preguntar si estábamos siendo bien atendidos. Pude conocer al Sr. Abel y al Chef Roberto quienes se muestran incansables e involucrados en el servicio. La buena experiencia recibida últimamente, me ha permitido volver en repetidas ocasiones y el servicio cada vez es mejor. Espero no decaiga en un futuro. ¡Felicitaciones!

Hicimos una reservación por IHG Al llegar el hotel con obras en la entrada En recepcion nos dijeron que no había aire acondicionado en las habitaciones Lo peor el Valet Que te hace un listado de no responsabilidades que genera total desconfianza Al encargarle un equipo de golf , no se hicieron responsables argumentando que mejor llevara yo personalmente mi vehiculo a dos cuadras donde se encontraba el estacionamiento Pésimo servicio , decidimos cancelar la reserva y pago en ese momento .

Cobran un cuota extra por supuesta vista al mar... y es parcial TODAS LAS HABItACIONES, ofrecen algunas apps el desayuno y a la hora de la llegada es mentira... el buffete 389 pesos por persona (carísimo)... les falta un tendedero como hotes hoteles de su categoría (extensible en el baño) pero para dos días o tres me volvería a quedar buena ubicación, cómodo, el estacionamineto tardan 20 minutos en traer el carro porque está a tres cuadras tomen precauciones... los botones que son los mismos que traen los carros muy atentos

La verdad yo esperaba un buen hotel, pero esta muy lejos de serlo, ya q en el baño había fugas de agua todo el tiempo y goteras en el techo. Pero lo peor de todo fue haber encontrado una cucaracha de doble Pechuga (de cocina) en la habitación!!!!! El horror de mi esposa que quería que ya dejáramos el hotel, lo malo es que había pagado los día de estancia, se reportó a la administración y según fumigaron pero la verdad ya no estuvimos a gusto. Así q no se los recomiendo, pésimo. Servicio.

No respetan lo de los desayunos buffet, te hacen que los niños consuman menu infantil, al argumentar que yo reserve buffet completo para niños y les demostré que en la página así decía, la justificación del recepcionista fue que debí haber registrado a los niños como adultos, como ya veniamos cansados ya no quise discutir mas, adicional el buffet en esta ocasion no fue muy variado, preferible comer en otro lugar, referente a las instalaciones ya ve sen cada ves mas descuidadas y la TV sigue siendo la misma antigua sin aplicaciones como youtube o netflix, mi hijo llevaba un nintendo switch y el soporte de interent jamas pudo conectarlo, la señal wifi es regular sin llegar a sorprender, lo unico que agradezco es la limpieza de las habitaciones y la atención de la única mesera que nos hizo caso fue excelente, la mesa de ping pong no estuvo disponible ya que comentaron estaba en reparación, en la cena se nos ocurrio pedir algo en el hotel siendo 10:30 pm los meseros ya les urgía irse, siendo que cierran 11pm, nos sirvieron la cena y después todo el persona desapareció...adicional el valcon ya no cuenta con sillas, les marque para solicitarles unas sillas pero ya no tienen ese servicio, aparte de que el barandal del balcón se siente algo inseguro, sin duda pensaría 2 veces antes de volverme a quedar en este hotel, anteriormente me encantaba mucho pero esta ocasion se llevó un tache.

Pésimo servicio desde la llegada, a la salida para poder seguir usando las instalaciones me pedían $350 por persona que n consumo, adicional te piden un depósito de $200 por toalla que uses en la alberca.
