Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Airport (Business Park) Reviews

The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. After we landed in Abu Dhabi at 11 PM, a shuttle bus from the hotel picked us up right outside the airport and took us straight to the hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel staff also had a great service attitude. However, the facilities in the hotel are quite outdated. To take a shower, you have to step into the small bathtub, which can be slippery and potentially dangerous. Additionally, the pipes leak when turned on, and the room was very cold. We checked in at midnight and left early the next morning, so our stay was quite brief.

Stayed for one night, the room was great, bathroom, bed and sheets. The crew was very friendly and the restaurant got good food. There is a shuttle from airport to the inn and opposite.

Good location… just disappointed with hospitality of the staffs in the receptions/lobby of the hotel… they don’t help guests or even assists guests with heavy luggage… food in the restaurant are tasty and the staffs are wonderful.

At old disused terminals other side of runway from terminal a. No other outlets or services but hotel. Quiet as possible

We were so shocked that the hotel room is so comfortable, clean, and there is a bathtub too?! We love our short stay here The shuttle bus came on time upon arrival and departure too My husband even get to perform his friday prayers at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque! Highly recommending everyone to stay here if you have a longer transit! The breakfast buffet spread is simple but a good variety! The quality of the food is awesome too! But do note that it cost 62 aed per person for breakfast!

That journey was nice and so clean and the service was good and perfect

The check-in process was easy and less than 5 mins. The front desk staffs are knowledgeable with their own procedures and helpful with questions from us. The airport shuttle services was brilliant as it helps the guest to have a seamless journey.

My flight got cancelled and I had to bear big losses. In To make things worse TRIP and the hotel did not stir a finger to reimburse at least some losses on the booking. They did not even return money for the breakfasts! Shameful and indifferent behaveour.

Close enough to the airport. It helps us to catch the flight in early morning. Also the receptionist gives us an option to upgrade the room to family room with affordable price and I love it. I recommend this hotel to anyone who needs transit hotel.

Premier inn was good value and the airport shuttle is very regular, could check in early for an extra fee which was good, used the other free shuttles to yas mall and Warner bros which was great Only issue is getting Uber from the hotel, the app doesn't allow you to and moves your pick up point to the arrivals hall which is like 30 mins away walking, and if you tell the driver your at premier inn the will cancel the reservation. Uber and premier inn need to sort that out but apart from that it was good

The hotel is a good option for only a one night stay. Only soap in the washroom. Gym devices very old No maintainance, no water cups, no towels. Breakfast was good.

Rating: 4/5 I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being very close to the airport, which made travel super convenient. The cleanliness was exceptional, and I was really impressed with the overall service. The staff were very accommodating, and a special shout-out to the guard on duty, Joseph. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries I had. I didn't get a chance to fully explore all the facilities during my short stay, so I can't comment much on that, but I'm sure they would be just as good as the rest of the experience. Based on what I experienced, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially for short visits or layovers.

Free shuttle bus from the airport was good, check in took a while and as new check in staff arrived they asked people at the back of the queue if they were waiting to check in and took them to the front of the queue, like what did they think we were all stood in queue with our cases waiting for 😠. Hotel was nice and comfortable and staff very helpful especially Raju from Nepal who brought us more tea and coffee up to the room, thank you
