Terrible. When we first arrived, everyone in the lobby was angry. I really didnt think much of it. We checked in and was told our room wasnt ready yet. So we went on and ate dinner and went to the WHC rodeo. Came in at 11pm and went to our room. Beds were unmade. Towels all over the floor. Went back down to the lobby and told the front desk and they didnt believe us. Went to check our room and sure enough it was not clean. Came back down and told us sorry, they were sold out for the night. We sat there for another hour before he finally found us a room. Unbelievable. We checked out the next day and went somewhere else. The front desk clerks were dressed in street clothes with no name tags. Very unprofessional. I will never stay at another Sleep Inn EVER!!

This was an ok stay for 1 night. We asked for a handicap room. It was roomy enough, although the shower was small, causing water to go all over. The staff was friendly. He even went to our room to show us how to turn on the TV. The usual hot breakfast. My biggest issue was this...why put a handicap room at the far end of the hall?? That makes no sense to me.

Property set apart from traffic and other businesses. Nice enough. Some items in the room not in best condition. But clean. Nice breakfast.

pros and cons
Let me give you the pro and the cons. Pros-Sylvia the housekeeper was friendly and attentive. The guy whow worked the 3-11 shift was also friendly. Cons-got bit twice while sleeping and my arms swelled up. Was told nothing they could do about it. Did not find bed bugs though. Very disappointing that the pool was never open. Someone broke a tile in the pool. Breakfast was ok even though it was close to closing and was not restocked. I would have liked some kind of compensation for the swelling of my arms. Some kind of discount. Overall, I might stay again if the pool was open.

Door hinge loose so had to pick door up to open and shut. Nobody ever came to fix but we managed, hotel was very busy. Bathtub faucet constant leak. Room was very clean, comfy beds, a/c was great, breakfast was great. Off the highway and parking lot felt safe. Pool was clean and clear. Staff friendly. Needs some maintenance TLC for sure.

The location was conveniently located near out venue. The outside of the property was a nice secluded area. The checkin was unprofessional. A customer ahead was complaining of trash in the room they had checked into. The bed in my room wasn’t made. We weren’t sure if the bed had clean linens due to its appearance. Shower was leaking, so it dripped. Not my worst, but definitely not my best.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was spacious. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly upon arrival and departure. The pool was clean and kids had fun in laying in it.
