Worst experience I have had at a BW, and I stay at BW's almost exclusively. Most expensive BW I have stayed at, and facility was mediocre at best. Could also have saved $50 by using a booking site as opposed to the BW site. No effort to adjust the rate. Was told to contact the Mgr, but never heard back from her. Extremely disappointed in this BW and will never stay here again! Not even any thankyou for being a Platinum rewards member. Save your money and stay at another hotel.

After driving for over 12 hours only to find the room we were booked in was 85 degrees. The A/C was not running when we entered the room. The maintenance person replaced the a/c unit-still did not work. The second one he installed worked. This process took about two hours. When we reported this to the desk clerk, she was very rude. She acted like she did not want to be bothered. I asked if they would move us to another room, and she said they were booked up. I find this hard to believe as it was a Monday night and the parking lot was not full. I logged a complaint to the 800-custermer service number. I followed back 2 days later only to be told since it was my word against the hotels there was nothing they would do. All I wanted was compensation for the room. She also said the clerk offered us to leave and they would refund our money. That is not true, because if she had we would have walked over to the holiday inn across the street. I do not recommend this hotel until corporate can employ front office personal that are they for the customer and listen to paying guests.

I arrived Monday the 9th. I have o pair of brand new bifocal and transition glasses ($395), I wear them to watch TV and be in my computer. I wear contacts to go to work and being outside. At night when I got back from work. I wear them to watch TV. That same day after work I was looking for my glasses after I removed my contacts, and they were gone. I called the front desk and asked if she could help me looking from them since I removed my contacts and I couldn’t see well. She never found them only the red case it was on the nightstand. I asked her I would like to talk with the manager, she told me she will be available until today Wednesday. I asked Andy to tell Nicole the manager to call me, she didn’t do it until I got to the hotel after work around 4:30pm. Andy was at the front desk and I mentioned to her the manager never called me. I asked her again to tell the manager Nicole to call me so she finally did it. What a surprise Nicole ‘s way to answered to me saying “ it’s not our responsibility you don’t find your glasses, our housekeeper has been working with us for a long time” she wasn’t nice and considerate to let me explain to her what happened, to the point I told her let me please talk and explain to you my point, she just kept silence and was rude again saying it’s not her responsibility. What a bad attitude. I never expect to be treated like this and the most important thing to lose my new prescription glasses in this hotel and nothing happened at all! Horrible service.

Trip was going good until bedtime. Reserved 2 rooms with one king bed and a sofa sleeper per room which was great for 3 adults and 2 kids (adults get king beds and each child gets a sofa sleeper). There wasn’t any bedding for either sleeper so went to front desk and was told she didn’t have access to the linens and gave us 3 very ruff and awful blankets NO sheets or pillows. When we opened the sleepers it was AWFUL. No mattress cover and the mattresses were very stained and had bad odor. Made for a little bit of a rough night. The bedding on the king size beds looked dingy, clean just not white. Staff friendly, and good location.

Breakfast was good and the facility was clean. However, small elevator door and small side door leading to parking lot. We had requested a King on second floor, but when we checked in that had us listed as handicapped on first floor. We settled for a queen on second floor.

Location is extremely good and close to everything, staff courteous and go out of their way to help and bring what you may need breakfast on the 3 days was good and Renda kept the food coming and super clean at all times. On Memmorial day Andrelina was a ray of sunshine and kept everything clean and full
Front desk was excellent with Samantha running smooth. Pool clean and friendly
The place was well runned very well and I was happy and excited to see the halls extremely clean at all times of the day
Highly recommend for families as well as individuals if you need to rest it’s also recommended
