Do not book this location! The photos do not match. It’s not well maintained and there are vagrants and people doing illegal social activities all over the exterior. We felt so unsafe and uncomfortable that we ended up going to another hotel and did not care that we had to pay over double what we paid for this nonrefundable room.

Very disappointing and unsatisfactory stay. Dirty sheets thrown at the bottom of the closet, bathtub wouldn’t not drain. Will not be staying here again

Second worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at pool wasn’t even open and it’s summer. The door was broken to the bathroom. No door knob had to open from the other side shower was broken you had to. Twist turn and push shower knob just to get it started. It was like a game of bop it holes in the walls. And when I called to not only complain, but to make sure staff was aware of these situations, he acted very nonchalant like he’s heard this before and he already Knows and is aware of these issues as soon as I went back to the office to address, the shower not working he immediately responded with oh you have to turn it push it twist it and do all these things so why didn’t he address it at check-in or address the pool be closed. or even mention to us at check-in that the pool was closed, we went up to our room got ready, went downstairs just to see the pool was closed. My kids were very disappointed. Staff was not friendly, helpful or informative.

This place was like something from a horror movie. The room wasn’t cleaned after the previous people. The sink, tub and toilet were disgusting. There was food trash left inside and outside of the room. Bugs on the bed and floor. Drugged out people knocked on the car door when we got there and there were lots of drunk/high people out wondering around the property at 1 am. We didn’t stay. We got a refund and found another place to stay.
