Started here several times over the years, but 30 mins to check in and frr de t keys working. Not impressed, room located close to vent system and very noisy, no fridge in order. So not so impressed this time.

I studied at Aberdeen University and so it was wonderful to be back in the Granite City earlier this year to deliver a talk at my Alma Mater and to celebrate Valentine's Day. There's no better place to stay than the Malmaison - Laurence and I have visited the ones in Newcastle and Dundee - so we know from experience that you're going to get lovely decor, a really comfortable bed, great toiletries and fabulous food: you definitely need to have breakfast!

This hotel is an amazing place, very welcoming by all staff, room very clean and spacious. Couldn't ask for better service. We will come back for sure to experience it all again when we are back in Aberdeen. Will not stay anywhere else!!

Night away for our wedding anniversary, sat outside for a few cocktails in the afternoon (one of which was complimentary) lovely touch. We booked a Jnr Suite suite. The rooms have been refurbed since we last stayed. Same layout, really funky and modern twist in the rooms. There was also a card in the room wishing us a happy anniversary and another complimentary drink was offered at dinner. The food, as always was phenomenal, my husband had the grilled lamb chop and I had the scallops with a side of creamed spinach. We absolutely love this hotel, as soon as you walk through the door you feel like the luxury, nothing is too much trouble for any the staff. It is by far my favourite hotel in Aberdeen. Big shout out to Matthew who was serving our drinks outside on the Terrace in the afternoon and he also served us in the evening at dinner, he was Brilliant and he really did go above on beyond in terms of service for us ❣️

Stayed at Malmaison Aberdeen for two nights. The room was nice, the staff were helpful, and the food was excellent. The shower was a bit small, but manageable. Breakfast on Saturday was good; however, it wasn’t as impressive on Sunday—possibly due to a different chef. Accessing Netflix was a bit complicated and not very user-friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Just finished another fantastic stay at Mal, love this hotel and it's always my first choice when I'm in Aberdeen. Nothing is too much trouble for Amanda and her reception team. Highly recommend Malmaison Aberdeen for business and leisure.
