For a one night stay it's acceptable. The entire place is very dated but the room was clean enough (just). It's pet friendly so my dog stayed too. Convenient if attending an event at P&J Live.

Hotel staff very friendly.
If you needed anything they would bend over backwards to help you.
Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The hotel service is excellent, and the breakfast is not very varied but filling. It doesn't look like it was renovated in 2010. I'm very grateful to Ctrip customer service for contacting them. They said it was partially renovated but it still looks like a guesthouse, not a hotel. The sheets have holes in them. If you mind hygiene, it's better to bring your own supplies.
