Easy to find and staff very helpful.
Sadly, they don’t do breakfast

As always the staff were amazing and made sure that we had a great time in Aberdeen. The room was spacious and clean and the bar area had a decent selection of drinks, with an excellent band playing on the Saturday evening. Easy stroll into town to take in the sights.

I had a quick overnighter at the Great Western. Seems to be a good and conveniently located hotel. I was able to park (fee free!). Just a 10 minute walk to Aberdeen High Street.
The room was clean, had a comfortable bed and good heating. I was in and out with no issues.

Never again.
This hotel was advertised as having limited parking. I reality there were so few space that by the time the staff had parked there were no spaces for guests. Kept waiting to check in while receptionist finished her cigarette and personal telephone call. Room was ok except it was directly above smoking area which was in use by noisy drinkers until gone one o'clock in the morning. The room service was limited to bed being made and bin emptied. Dirty cups not replaced and tea, milk and coffee not replenished.
I doubt very much whether I'll be returning.
