Stayed here last week and overall excellent experience. Both the quality of food and the staff who were first class and ensured a really nice and personal feel about the hotel. I Look forward to visiting again in the near future and thank you again With Best

Service was great, have to say the staff truly were attentive. My complaint is in the room (rm 5). Upon entry the room looked wonderful, however…. The bed was atrocious so bumpy and uncomfortable. While in the bathroom, the beautiful floor looked clean but I did notice the floor was actually dirty with lots of long black hairs. No black hairs with us! Partner was showering and the water just stopped! Staff couldn’t help as they had no idea what to do. If it wasn’t for the exceptional staff this would have been a complete disaster. The no lift to the floors was rather problematic too.

Joseph and Melissa were very lovely servers! The food was great as well and there is a lovely atmosphere. I came here with my family as they had come up from England and we had a nice meal together. Very great service and food, it is an overall lovely place to come

What a great hotel. Nice proximity to the city, about 8 mins out but in a great safe area. The staff are very hospitable and caring. Excellent bar area and the restaurant food is amazing. Great staff, comfy beds, cool boutique style hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

I recently spent 12 days and nights at the Palm Court Hotel and had a fabulous stay, whilst on a course near by. A nice ambiance and feel to the place and all the staff were all friendly and very helpful. The evening food dinner and variety was always excellent and the breakfast options delicious. The rooms and facilities were also top draw and I can't wait to pop by and stay the next time I'm in and around town.

I came into the restaurant with some friends for a late lunch. I was greeted by the lovely Ellie who was very attentive and warm to us throughout our time. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very chatty. She gave suggestions on what food to have as I was undecided. My eyes were bigger than my stomach and I couldn’t eat it all. Thankfully Ellie offered to take it to the chef Jayne who packed it up for me to take the leftovers home. The service was impeccable and I was very impressed with the atmosphere. Overall was a great experience thanks to the staff.

Very cute place has a local feel to it and i was impressed. Great food and OMG the staff! Amazing. Cheerful, helpful and attentive. Loved everything. The food was great as well..they were busy but came out on time and hot and very well presented

I went to the palm court for brunch today and I was so impressed. There were several vegetarian options (more than I'm used to) and the food was great. Ellie and Ella were so welcoming and helpful and even helped entertain my baby. There are a few toys in a toy box which also kept him busy. The manager spoke warmly about their regulars and the staff and it seems a lot of pride is taken in their service, as there should be. Fantastic.

An impromptu Sunday dinner at the Bothy restaurant in the Palm Court,Aberdeen. Excellent service from our servers Ella,Ellie and Andrew.It was restaurant week and they were friendly and able to advise re the different meal choices.Not forgetting chef Lauren for the lovely food…
