Great location for shopping.
The heating in our room wasn’t working so we reported it to reception and was moved quickly to a room with heating , the receptionist was very helpful and polite.

The location at the center of Aberdeen, easy to get anything what I want from food, stuff since surrounding with modern shopping center . Service hotel really friendly and willing to help at any time - helping to calling taxi even in the midnight , find the alternative hotel to my friend when the hotel fully booked . Breakfast and cookies is really good. In other way the hotel price is worthy to services.

The hotel is located in Union Square, right next to the train station and bus station. The location is very good, the room is comfortable and the window view is great.
