The location is good, right in front of the main entrance of the university. Room 3 is relatively quiet. The boss is very warm and friendly, and the service is attentive. You can communicate in advance what time you need to have breakfast, and you can just go to the restaurant at that time.

Really nice Chinese couple running this place. The breakfast was good enough and the room was well thought through - with a load of coathangers and a multipoint extension lead just next to the bed. It would be a good idea to take your own shampoo/shower gel though. Quiet place. I went over a weekend, so was able to park outside on the road: the facilities appeared to include free parking when I booked, but I didn't see a car park. I would stay there again.

Simple, small, bright room directly on an arterial road. Liked: Clean, compact room, bright and newly furnished, pleasant reception. Disliked: Location directly on a main road, vibrations every time a bus passes, no parking directly at the accommodation.

Arrived in a snow storm room heated very warm
Bed comfy shower hot
Breakfast options great always freshly cooked and breakfast room
Lits of choice cereal fruit etc as we as your cooked option
my son is in Aberdeen and staying here was great a bit of a walk to city centre but very resonabley priced taxis and regular bus service just outside
My stay was everything I expect and the price was great value for money
We will all be staying again on future visits ❤️😘
