so nice and clean good hot water to good breakfast two nice staff

Shame there's a £10 fee for checking in early. A bit dated but clean + functional room. Friendly staff - when I asked for more milk they asked if I needed anything else topping up. Also a friendly welcome given at breakfast. Good central location.

The facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were professional.

Good budget hootel in the city centre. The unlimited breakfast is a exceedingly good deal . We'll worth the money to set you up for the day. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room aswell. ✨️

All was straightforward . Would have liked a choice of pillows as I found them all too hard. The mattress was also firm . Service good and breakfast was good.

Very centrally located in Aberdeen city centre, just off Union St. Staff were very helpful and we were allocated a corner room overlooking Union Terrace, which was a very large room with lots of windows and tea/coffee facilities. Very quiet with a good nights sleep each of the 3 nights in a good sized and comfortable bed. Room cleaning completed everyday.. Very good value for city centre accomodation.

View of wall not good. One seat in room . Cheap instant coffee. But clean and comfortable . Did not like pillows!
