Stay in Celias suite for about 5 days and I couldn't get the category of room I wanted because it was fully booked. I stayed in a room lower than what I wanted and I didn't regret it of course. I was so happy I didn't have to spend more for a more expensive room cos the one I stayed was just perfect. The only issue I had was that the bathroom was leaking. We complained but in their defence, they couldn't fix it ASAP cos it was more of like a structural issue. On the overall, I would recommend.

Very nice hotel in a very good location and secure. Stayed there for 4 nights with family members. Check in was smooth and the room I stayed in was big, spacious with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was big and clean with a powerful shower. Breakfast was good (only 3 choices) however they seemed to run out of certain items and once one dish was finished, they only offered you whatever was left and wouldn’t go and prepare more even though about 7 of us wanted the same breakfast that morning. The front desk staff were friendly and professional but the Breakfast lady who took our orders and served us had an attitude and was quite rude on some occasions. She clearly needs training on how to deal with guests. I still recommend this hotel though.
