Very satisfied with the stay. The room is comfortable, the bedding is also comfortable. Although the location is not at the entrance of the scenic area, the homestay can arrange for pick-up at the gully entrance, which is very convenient for a ten-minute journey. Compared with the noise at the gully entrance, it is quiet and tidy here. The service is quite good, the feedback is quick and considerate. The hotel's catering must also be praised. It is cooked to order, and the vegetables are all grown by farmers in the surrounding area. The freshness and taste are really something that city people can't eat. We directly gave up the restaurants near the gully entrance and enjoyed several meals here. If I come to Jiuzhaigou again in autumn, I will definitely choose Linshuijian.

Their customer service is excellent. I lost my international converter and I called customer service to request help. They tried their best to resolve my problems by looking for international converter and local charger even though it was late. I am very impressed with their helpfulness in resolving my problem. The room is clean and all beds are well equipped with warming features. We stayed in a triple beds room. Overall, it is considered a good hotel at that area. Highly recommended!

Travelling to Jiuzhaigou from Chengdu now is such a breeze, with the high speed rail that goes direct to Huanglong Jiuzhai. A direct bus then connects and takes us straight to the scenic area. The bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Grand Rezen enjoys a fantastic location, being close to all the restaurants which are near to entrance of scenic area/ entrance of national park. About a 20min walk to the park, the hotel helps to arrange transport into the park in the mornings, if needed. Very clean and new-looking, and rooms come with heated beds, perfect for the current cold winter climate. Buffet breakfast serves a decent selection. Hotel staff are very helpful, and our 管家小韩 made sure to check in on us everyday, to see how our day went and to ensure we get any help that we might need. All in all a very comfortable stay, will definitely recommend.

The best hotel in Jiuzhaigou. Lucas' service is very considerate. He will contact us in advance to inform us of the road conditions and remind us of things that need attention. We were also given an upgraded room, with a balcony facing the snow and cedars, which was very beautiful. The hotel has central air conditioning, and because they are worried that the guests will feel cold, there are additional oil heaters 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙. It is very convenient to drive by yourself. It takes about half an hour to drive to the scenic spot. The hotel also provides pick-up service. Recommended stay.

Great room, just a small pity about the odd toilet door locking mechanism. Do note the area around the hotel is…quite dead (there’s not much to eat after sunset - caveat that this was in low season, in Dec 24). It’s also a short drive away from Jiuzaigou proper (about 10 minutes), so not right outside the entrance area. What really stood out was the extremely friendly and accommodating staff members who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and at home. Special shout-out to Delia at the front desk for answering all the questions we had about the hotel, the area around, and Jiuzaigou itself. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance to!

The location is good, right next to the Qianguqing, and it takes only one minute to go out to watch the performance. There are many small restaurants outside. The housekeeper recommended the hotel meal to us. If we had known that we would have eaten in the hotel, the two of us would have gone out to eat a little, and it also cost two or three hundred yuan. The hotel buffet dinner is about the same price, and the hotel may be safer and cleaner. The housekeeper service is good. We arrived very late, and they picked us up in the hotel parking lot to help us with our luggage. The room card was prepared in advance, and we were taken directly to the room after we arrived. They also boiled water for us when we entered the room and took slippers. They gave us a small gift in the hand of our child, and the child was very happy. The bed is very comfortable, big and soft, and quite clean. Knowing that we have children, they also provided us with disposable toilet seat cushions and bathtub membranes.

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

The hotel was better than we expected, from hygiene, facilities to hotel services. The most surprising thing for us was that the hotel's dining was good. We liked the dishes we ordered. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is less than 1 km from the ticket gate of the scenic area cableway, which is very convenient for sightseeing. In addition, there is a direct bus to Jiuzhaigou at the door of the hotel. If you buy tickets on site, you will be seated immediately and the bus will depart immediately. It is quite convenient.
