Service: There is an underground parking lot, just downstairs of the hotel, guests are free, and you can take the elevator directly from the room to the garage, which is especially convenient for people with a lot of luggage.
In fact, the hotel is completely four or five-star standard. When they bring their parents to stay, they don't even believe that the price is so cheap, and I hope the hotel will get better and better.

Let's talk about the good aspects first: the facilities are relatively new, the rooftop restaurant is open until 10pm, which is convenient for travelers, and the price is affordable. The bad aspects: this room is right next to the front desk, it is noisy, and relatively small. Second, it should be solar hot water, but I didn't tell you when I checked in, so there was no hot water when I took a shower late at night. I had to take a shower with cold to warm water on the plateau in the middle of winter, and those who are not in good health will catch a cold. Third, they said they could help me book the Dagu Glacier package at a discounted price. I paid the money, but when I entered the gate the next day, I was told that the ticket was invalid. In the end, I had to go to the ticket office to queue up to buy it myself, which wasted time.

Very impressive with service, staff help us to carry the luggages and willing to help us in many ways. From hotel, you can walk to the restaurant nearby while enjoying nice view of the river or you can have dinner at hotel as well. Room is big, nice decoration, clean with cozy bed and big bathroom. Breakfast already included which they served rice porridge, boil egg, milk, bun, steam corn and potato, etc. It took like 15 mins to entrance of Dagu glacier by car, such a convenient.

Excellent service had been given by in taking care of customers’ needs. Mr Lee helped us to book taxi for our early morning train. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful when we needed local adaptor for my mobile phone charging. A Welcome ******* Tea was given to us free at the lounge. Free snack pack which included panchos was provided free for our tour at Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou. All these thoughtful things had made our stay with extra enjoyment.

Great hotel located only a 10min walk to the Jiuzhaigou entrance. There are many food outlets nearby as well. Shower and bath were really good. Underfloor heating and air conditioning worked well. Only minor problem is no where to hang bath towels. They had outdoor spa but we didn't use it. Would stay again.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, the air is fresh, and the room can see the stream in the distance, which is very peaceful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable. I had been worried about the hot water supply in the mountainous area, but it turned out that there was enough hot water. What I didn't expect was that there are charging stations, haha. I no longer have to worry about the tram running out of power. It's a perfect solution. The key is that the boss is upright. I like it and recommend it to my friends who come here~

Because it is the peak season for traveling in Jiuzhaigou, the express hotels close to the scenic spot are close to 1,000 yuan per night, and the conditions are naturally incomparable to Hilton. As soon as I registered at the front desk, I got a room upgrade. Because I had a little altitude sickness before, I was afraid that I would be uncomfortable. The lobby manager also gave me a can of oxygen. It was really thoughtful 😘 The service staff was small and would ask about my accommodation requirements in advance. It was really pleasant to communicate! The upgraded one-bedroom and one-living room room made me feel relaxed and happy when I entered the door. A full-length mirror and a stereo, plus a separate cloakroom, and a separate washroom. It really makes people feel clean and comfortable, and the joy of traveling is doubled 😁 The breakfast is complete, and friends from the north and south can find their favorite food. In addition, Hilton also has a free shuttle bus to and from Jiuzhaigou, which varies in different seasons. This can save dozens of taxi fees. If you want to eat local food, there are several good restaurants near the hotel. It is up to you to choose, and basically all the dishes are large. The friends I met in Jiuzhaigou were all warm and friendly. The scenery was beautiful and the people were simple. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I will still choose to stay here.

GGuest UserWe are a 70year old couple on holiday on our own.The place is palatial, smack if good old fashioned traditional ******* style deco. The rooms and corridors Smell of fresh wood. There was modern bidet and facilities Though the location is far from Juizhaiguo National Park, the hotel provides free transport to pick us up and drop us off the Park as and when we needed it. They also provide free pick up and drop off at the bus station too. I must commend on the par excellent driver. The coach we arranged to fetch us after the holiday in Juizhai guo did not provide information on where to meet us. The driver drove us to 3 pisdible locations where the coach driver could be! Each time when we could not meet the coach driver, he called various people to try to help make contact for us. Finally we agreed to teavel by the locsl bus. He helped got the bus for us .Ensured we wete safely seated in the bus. My spouse tried to tip him but te refused saying that it was not in order. We were so very blessed to have met him. We do not know his name but hello driver., we wish to say how much a place you have in our old hearts here. Thsnk you.

JJinnawatThe first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean.
However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for?
The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible.
In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping.
The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack.
Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.

The owner helped me plan a day trip where there were no tourists, and he also bought the bus ticket to go back to Chengdu for me, and even followed me to the bus stop. Great help.

The room I stayed in was really cozy and large, especially considering the affordable price. I also want to give a shoutout to the bed - I slept like a stone for all three nights I spent here :)
But besides the location and rooms, what makes this hotel so special are its owners. They are a super likeable and energetic couple of seasoned travellers that finally decided to settle down. The two of them really do everything to ensure their guests are comfortable. For example, when the tickets for the bus back to Chengdu were sold out, they managed to get me a seat in a private shuttle bus for barely any additional cost. But beyond that, they are also just incredibly nice people, even taking the time to use a translation app to have conversations with their non-chinese-speaking guests over beer and tea.
If you decide to stay here, make sure to try the yak stew and yoghurt cake. Also, definitely pet the super-cute cat :)
