I love staying here! Tu dou (potato) is the cutest golden retriever and the ladies here were all so hospitable! Would definitely stay here again in the future. Their hotpot and drinks were really nice too! Thank you for turning on the heater every time we eat at your restaurant!

The hotel has a very good location and the rooms are ok. All rooms doesn't have view so if you get a room looking back you got another building wall at your window but it is quiet ans you sleep well. The staff is super friendly and very flexible! They will try their best the help you. Groceries and restaurants in all price ranges are close to the hotel so you can buy fruit, drinks and snacks for the park. When you walk 10-15 minutes to the park you can eat breakfast on the way, you will pass many cheap restaurants that are open in the mornGroceries and restaurants in all price ranges are close to the hotel ing. Even KFC and Mc Donalds are available.

Their customer service is excellent. I lost my international converter and I called customer service to request help. They tried their best to resolve my problems by looking for international converter and local charger even though it was late. I am very impressed with their helpfulness in resolving my problem. The room is clean and all beds are well equipped with warming features. We stayed in a triple beds room. Overall, it is considered a good hotel at that area. Highly recommended!

Everyone must enter the scenic area early, and the bus will take another 15 minutes to the hotel. After putting down the luggage, take the bus to the redwood forest quickly. The last bus is at 3 o'clock, so you must go up first to play, and the whole journey takes 2-3 hours. We were very lucky. We saw the sunrise in the room in the evening and saw the snow scene again the next day.

是甘南一行住的最好的酒店，也是唯一一家在旺季還沒有漲價的酒店，我很喜歡，細節滿滿：房間很新很乾凈，但沒有那種刺鼻的裝修味，反而充滿了乾淨柔和的松木味;馬桶是可加熱的智能馬桶，連花灑都是握得很舒服的;隔音做的很好，不是純木的，感覺有結實的水泥板;燈光也很柔和温馨。總的來説很像我在新西蘭跟澳洲住的酒店，應該很捨得投入成本的。老闆娘跟店員的服務都非常好，一來到就主動幫我們提行李上樓，主動幫忙洗水果，我感覺我們事挺多的，又要加被子又要幹嘛幹嘛，但他們都有求必應。感覺老闆老闆娘把這個民宿當他們的孩子一樣去用心照顧和經營，給個💯分！
