All excellent. Staff excellent and helpful as always Have attended the hotel for 50 years and it has always fulfilled my expectations. Quality of food has always been excellent however I was disappointed to see that certain favourite items have disappeared from the buffet for example the canned sgumbro mackerel/tuna and the pickled shallots make only an occasional appearance whereas used to be daily. Still a quality feast Would heartily recommend this hostel to anyone who wishes to feel they are being entertained and pampered and are residing at a personal luxury residence rather than a hotel Looking forward to my next visit!!! Therapies and massage excellent

5 Stars isn’t quite enough! This is a breathtakingly beautiful hotel. Filled with a tremendously talented and dedicated team who treat you like family and aren’t satisfied until they have knocked your socks off:) From the moment you pull up outside until you turn in your keys and bid arrivederci to the AMAZING team at the Abano Ritz Terme, be prepared to be blown away at every opportunity. The ambiance is sophisticated and serene. The pool and the grounds are opulent and oh so soothing. The spa team- ok I’m out of adjectives. Suffice to say I felt pampered. I felt valued as a guest (which unfortunately does not happen as much these days as if used too.) The food?!? OMG THE FOOD!!! Exquisite!!! I lived learning about the mineral springs and deposits at the base of the Eugenian Hills. My body and soul were recharged and I was so surprised! I’ve been told that one needs a full week for the mudpacks to do their thing completely. In just a few days my aches and joint pain disappeared. Would love to spend more time in the unbelievable swimming pool there. My husband and I are already planning out next visit- which will be a full 7 days (at minimum). Do yourself a huge favor- reserve a week at the spa and be prepared to be dazzled ❤️⭐️💝

The hotel has a very nice classical equipment. Unfortunately, the service has not promised us at all. Not suitable for families with children. When check-in we had to know that we had to pay extra 100,- EUR per night for our 5-year-old daughter in our booked Junior suite. She does not need extra bed, breakfast a bread and has needed 3 towels in 4 nights. The service staff was very unfriendly and had no grace yet to speak well. Something was wrong with the booking. I think I have been looking for a hotel room for 2 adults and a child. I wasn't surprised that only 2 people were on the confirmation, because we in Germany pay per room and not per person. The lady then accompanys us to the room. When we asked her to put a bed over both beds, she said no problem, went and was no longer seen. Before she had insisted to bring us into the room and explain everything to us. So we were not explained either WiFi or the beautiful SPA area. Also at breakfast the staff was very distant. I felt that the other guests were treated much more friendly. I think we weren't the hotel's target group. We'll never return there and I'm annoyed about the 1400,- EUR we paid for 4 nights. We wanted to use the hotel to get some recovery after long metering days. That was not the case.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The menu is wide and I would say quality. A lot of choice in the buffet, and dessert. Restaurant and well-treated rooms. The difference cmq is in my opinion the staff. nice, available and really patient. In the room, at the reception, bar, pool and rooms. The basic idea is that there is a certain philosophy. The customer care. Many of us, in addition to the numerous services offered, keep a memory of familiarity and humanity of this structure. The country is going on also thanks to these people. Hotel well placed and equipped with all comforts. Beautiful pool as well as the sauna and steam room. Great restaurant, friendly and polite staff and reasonable prices. The poolside aperitif is wonderful and doesn't cost a fortune. The pool water temperature is very pleasant and never too hot.
