Starting off by saying we had a Guest of Honor with our stay giving us globalist benefits. The staff were excellent, doing the best they can. Although we did not get a suite upgrade, we did get an upgrade to a pyramid view. Very nice decorations for our room. 5/5. The pyramid view, however, was not worth it as the pyramids were barely visible due to the distance and the smog. Staff also helped us get medication, which was truly amazing bc the nearest pharmacy was 30 minutes away one direction. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars and just 3 is because the reservation department did not help us at all. We booked 2 separate bookings, and after EgyptAir's flight cancellation we had a simple request to either cancel the second booking or help us reschedule it. Unlike many Hyatts I've been to, they simply refused despite us asking multiple times well before our stay. So we wasted $100+, but more importantly, that one night cost us Hyatt status for 2025. We would have gotten a free night award and the next tier of Hyatt status since we just needed one more qualified night, which was not awarded thanks to the reservations department being openly unhelpful. But if they would treat globalists this way, I wonder if getting the next tier of hyatt status is even worth it.

The Hilton Hotel is relatively safe. The security check is quite strict when entering. The driver showed his driving license and ID card, and also used a police dog.
