First of all, the road sign is too small and not obvious. The key is that the name of the place is blurred. We arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening and looked for the hotel for half an hour. There are 2 hotels in total. Yang Asha International Hotel and Yang Asha National Hotel. We live in a national hotel. But the signboard said ”Yang Asha Hotel”. Did not finish the full name of the hotel. So that we looked for the signboard of Asha National Hotel everywhere in the park. And the signboards are many and small. It is more rare to see at night. The second day, I found that there was a sign near the entrance of the hotel, which said the words Yang Asha Hotel. What is the use of writing the full name of the hotel? Because it was too late, the black lights in the park were blind, and they didn't dare to walk around at will.
Secondly: the hot spring area to the hotel is black and the lights are blind. Can't see five fingers. I heard the frogs screaming and scared**. It was only around 11 o'clock, and the hot spring was soaked until 11 o'clock. Why is there no light? I can't find the road behind. Follow a few people who came back from the hot springs and found the hotel with a mobile phone flashlight. Is it reluctant to turn on the lights, or what is the reason? If the line is broken, a big hotel like this should be repaired immediately. If something happens on the way to the hotel, can the hotel afford it?
Third, the staff in the park are not familiar with the business. I asked two people and asked them to help lead the way. They all said that they were new and not familiar with the road. Oh my God, what kind of personnel management is this? The personnel department is in charge of recruiting people in. Is it directly on duty without training? Anyway, let the employees familiarize themselves with the environment before taking up the job. There is also the receptionist, I said that I don't know at the Kangyang base, and I don't know where to say it. Hey!
Fourth, there is no phone at the front desk of Yang Asha. Find them and transfer them through the switchboard or other hotels. So troublesome.
Fifth, the room arrangement is wrong. The arranged room was not the room I originally booked. Later, I changed a 4-person room. I am not allowed to move another bed. Overdue.
