Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

Good hot springs. You get complimentary tickets as you check-in. Breakfast is nice. They have mix of Western and Chinese food. The view is amazing Room was spacious and clean Swimming pool facilities were alright The place gave a vibe of retirement house. A lots of Chinese grandpas and grandmas ruin five-star hotel magic by their rural behaviour. The customer service doesn't meet 5 star hotel grade. We met only 1 staff who was able to speak English. There is no any food service in hotel after 11 pm which is also shame for 5 star hotel

I went back to Zhejiang for work on the weekend. I wanted to find a place to go on the way back to Beijing. I always wanted to take my family to Moon Bay, so I chose Huzhou. In the process of looking for a hotel, I found that many people hesitated between Hilton and South Taihu Villa. In the end, those who chose South Taihu Villa had high reviews. Ctrip also noted that it was one of the top 100 beautiful hotels in Asia, so I placed an order without hesitation. The experience was very good. Before checking in, the housekeeper Xiao Zhang took the initiative to contact the needs and upgraded the lake view room. It was a separate room. I had never experienced a similar hotel before, and the tone came up instantly 😁. There is a 24-hour shuttle bus from the hotel lobby to the room, which is responsive. During the stay, I checked in at Moon Bay and had dinner by the lake. The room has a large balcony, an unbeatable lake view, and good privacy. The breakfast is also very rich, and a professional photographer helped to take a few photos. It is very professional and it is not bad to look through it later. When I left in the afternoon, my son found a beautiful stone in the bushes and told me happily that he had found a gem, which brought this trip to a successful conclusion. All in all, it was a good trip and worth it!

The configuration of a small five-star hotel Service: I have to say that after confirming the date of the small set meal ordered by Ctrip, the housekeeper added Wang Yajie on WeChat. A very warm-hearted lady helped me upgrade the king-size bed room for free. Because I stayed in the room for a long time for work, I thought it was too small. I asked to pay more to help me change the room. The lady helped me apply for a free luxury king-size bed without saying a word. It was a surprise. The thoughtfulness of the service made me feel happy. I have stayed in too many five-star hotels. So far, the service here can be said to be one of the best!!

We stayed in a standard family room at the Dongwu New Century Hotel and was very pleased with the experience. The room was well-designed, providing a comfortable and practical space for family stays. Despite being a standard room, it did not feel cramped and offered enough space for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness of the room was noteworthy. It was maintained to a high standard, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment, which is especially important when traveling with family. The staff at the hotel were outstanding in their service. They were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries we had. Their attentiveness made our stay more comfortable and stress-free. Another highlight was the hotel's buffet. The spread was fantastic, featuring a wide array of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The quality of the food and the variety available were impressive. In summary, the standard family room at Dongwu New Century Hotel is an excellent choice for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Coupled with the exceptional service and superb dining options, it provides a great overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for quality accommodation.

Environment: The hotel environment is good, the location is very good, and Wuyue Plaza is downstairs. Service: The staff is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is quite rich.

I took my parents to visit Nanxun Ancient Town and chose the right hotel. The location is very good. Turn right and turn a corner to reach the town. After crossing a bridge, you will reach Guanghui Palace Pier. The environment in the hotel is very elegant, the garden scenery is exquisite, and the front desk service attitude is very good. The triple parent-child room is spacious, with terraces in front and back, where you can drink tea and feel the misty water town. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom is open and has no privacy. It is recommended to stick an opaque film on the sliding door and install an opaque glass door in the toilet.

I came to Huzhou during the May Day holiday and didn't plan to go to any tourist attractions. It's relatively quiet here and not so crowded. There are small trains, lobster fishing, fruit and vegetable picking, children's outdoor playground, and outdoor water world (we didn't play because it wasn't very hot). The hotel is just a few hundred meters away from the Xishanyang Wetland, where there are peacocks, black swans, and flamingos. The children had a lot of fun feeding the black swans.

Hygiene: I like the big French windows in the room the most. They are spotlessly clean and offer a beautiful view of the surroundings. Environment: It is next to Yintai, and it is very convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Yishang Street and Xiaoxi Street are within walking distance. It is quiet in a busy area, and the bedding is excellent, so you can have a good rest at night. Service: All the staff are polite, especially the two front desk staff, who are not in a hurry and are well organized. They try their best to meet the requirements of the guests. Breakfast: Rich in variety and top-notch in taste. Even when the end time is approaching, they still remind customers to prepare enough meals to avoid being hungry😂
