Smile on the face, service in the heart. Ms. Huang, the lobby manager, made me feel very satisfied and professional during the check-in period. I will stay there again on my next business trip.

I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. Stayed on a business trip for more than a month, the hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the problems raised can be solved with care; the overall environment is warm and quiet, and the room is clean and tidy; I like the hotel sales director, Manager Xie, and will also provide a follow-up long-term accommodation plan intimately. Such a warm service will be chosen next time.

停車酒店有幾個室內位置，前面也有幾個，周圍吃飯逛街方便，入住時間看有水果的，接着問前台，前台説網上訂了有才有，我確實頂了有，説下午給，下午問説晚上送，接着晚上説還沒搞好，其實還不如直接説沒有水果，爽快點算了，下午茶就是一天那一桶檸檬水，夏天到傍晚已經開始變味了

I often stay at the Vienna Hotel. The decoration style of Haifengjia Vienna is also the latest version. The facilities are OK. There are many old cabinets without the previous version. I still like the modern style. The main side is also convenient transportation, parking is convenient, and the environment is OK.

The environment is good. It is a relatively good hotel in Meilong. It is super convenient to eat everywhere downstairs. The hotel requires a credit card to use the elevator. The privacy protection is very good.

酒店挺好的，本來開車開到一片城中村一樣的民房小路，以為會比較普通，沒想到別有洞天，自成一格。有很大的平台可以給遊客停車，室內的和室外兩種游泳池每天可以選，但室內恆温泳池沒有室外的大，可能就15米來長，健身房的跑步機和橢圓機很多，其他的健身設備稍微陳舊但不影響使用，總體上體驗很好

多次入住麗豪商務酒店，主要考慮價格實惠便宜，距離美食街比較近，購物方便，停車就在酒店前，有保安看護。另外衞生條件好，淋浴出水大，且舒服，服務員熱情，主動，有問必答。鬧中取靜的歇息好住處。

酒店環境乾淨整潔，家裡長者家都説舒適。碰巧近元宵節，高樓層可以看到遠處村莊的煙花，這是額外驚喜。 服務人員熱情招待，好温馨提醒第二天房價會漲價，是否要延期續住。 樓下就是酒樓，隔離街巷就是小食街。 一切都很方便，會再回來居住，希望服務還是如此周到細緻。

Facilities: The toilet is leaking. A voice control or night light should be installed at the door of the washroom so that the eyes will not be glared when sleeping at night. Hygiene: There is still some garbage on the bed frame that has not been cleaned up. Environment: Not bad. Service: The service concept is thoughtful and the staff are polite.
